Job Description:
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with potential buyers and sellers, and closing real estate deals over the phone. You will be the first point of contact for clients, understanding their property needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with their goals. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to turn leads into successful transactions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, including property buyers, sellers, and investors, to promote available real estate properties and services.
- Qualify leads by identifying client needs, preferences, and budget to offer the most suitable property options.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM software to track progress and follow-up actions.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries from potential clients and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Present property options, project details, and benefits clearly, effectively, and confidently over the phone.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into closed deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property availability, and promotions to effectively communicate offerings to clients.
- Address client questions, concerns, and objections professionally, ensuring smooth and transparent communication throughout the sales process.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of telesales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, property types, and current trends is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic with a passion for sales and real estate.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is an advantage.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Basic knowledge of real estate documentation, legal processes, and financing options is a plus
